MEKO Talent Program 2025:  A chance to be part of shaping mobility of tomorrow

During 12 months will 12 employees from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Finland and the Baltics get the chance to be part of shaping the mobility of the future at MEKO, the leading independent aftermarket company in northern Europe. This talent development initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders and empower participants to drive innovation and excellence across our operations.

MEKO’s second international trainee program On January 29th, MEKO launched the MEKO Talent Program 2025 with a kickoff event in Stockholm, Sweden. Participants engaged in training sessions, strategy presentations, and explorations of MEKO’s Swedish operations, laying the foundation for the program’s focus on both practical and theoretical learning. 

“We seek individuals who are curious, committed, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to problem-solving, solution focused and the ability to lead and execute strategies,” says Margareta Krusell, Head of Talent Management at MEKO. 

 
Over 12 months will the participants in this year's MEKO Talent Program: 

  • Combine real-world business experience with strategic assignments.
  • Build an extensive international network of colleagues across Northern Europe. 
  • Work on strategic projects tailored to contribute to MEKO’s long term goals. 
  • The program includes an international perspective of working from at least one of MEKO’s other markets. 

Building careers beyond the program 
The MEKO Talent Program is a long-term investment in both the participants and the company. Upon completing the program, talents will continue their careers within MEKO, equipped with the knowledge, network, and skills and aim to take on future leading roles and drive meaningful change. Participants receive dedicated support from previous program alumni, central resources, and external trainers, ensuring guidance throughout their journey.
