MEKO's booking platform eliminates the hassle for both car owners and workshops. The goal is to make it easy to book the right service with just a few clicks, no matter how little you know about your car. The advantage for workshops is that the new platform saves them several hours of administrative work.
The share of vehicles owned by companies and organizations is steadily increasing— and is expected to grow significantly across Europe in the coming years. Imagine your car breaks down and is brought to the workshop because it won’t start. After initial troubleshooting, technicians discover an issue that can't be solved with a standard diagnostic tool. Instead of towing the car to an original equipment (OE) workshop, the workshop connects with Remote diagnostics. MEKO’s expert technicians, utilizing OE-level diagnostic tools, resolve the issue remotely, saving time, costs, and eliminating the need for the car to be towed.
